How I got started in UX design

What I've been working on
I recently wrapped up my UX design internship at SustainLab, where I contributed to creating user flows and interfaces to make sustainability reporting simpler and more engaging. I’m currently refining my skills, expanding my portfolio, and preparing for new opportunities in 2025.
I’ve always been drawn to the realm of digital design, intrigued by its potential and immediate impact. In early 2024, after over two years of working as an Architect, I decided to apply my design philosophy to the digital world. A UX workshop sparked my interest, and soon I was fine-tuning user flows and polishing interfaces. By July, an internship at SustainLab confirmed that UX was my calling. Sometimes a leap of faith is all it takes.
What I'm curious about
What I'm curious about
I’m deeply interested in exploring how technology can support sustainability and improve people’s everyday interactions with the digital world. I’m also curious about how UX can bridge the gap between digital and physical experiences, bringing value to people through purposeful, human-centered design.
What I do apart from designing
When I’m not solving design problems, I’m catching up with pop culture, geeking out over spiders (yes, web design runs deep), or unwinding by tranquil waters. I like to think of myself as a positive force- always ready for a good conversation, spontaneous adventure, or a perfectly-timed bad joke :)
